Baxter County Community Health Worker
Fayetteville – Jayme Genz was recently recruited through a partnership with the University of Arkansas Medical School (UAMS) and the Arkansas Medical Foundation (AFMC) to help people in Baxter County navigate the healthcare system.
As a community-embedded healthcare worker, Genz is able to answer basic healthcare questions and provide education and resources to the general public. Community Health Her workers work within communities to help the public get the care they need and answer important healthcare-related questions such as when to see a doctor and information about vaccines. increase.
